Homeless Prevention and Rental Assistance services available.  Low Income Erie County residents.

Emergency Shelter

The Emergency Shelter provides temporary accommodations and essential services for homeless individuals.  This 18 bed shelter is for male and female adults and is located in Sandusky, Ohio.

Crossroads Transitional Housing

Crossroads offers case managment, support services, and transitional housing for homeless individuals and families.  This faciltiy is located in Sandusky, Ohio. 

Serenity House Transitional Housing

Serentiy House provides transitional housing for homeless chemically dependent adults who desire to participate in treatment and recovery programs.  This program has two components including group living and independent scattered site apartments and is located in Sandusky, Ohio. 

Direct Housing

This is a time limited program for Erie County households with incomes at or below 35% of AMI.  The maximum life of housing assistance is 6 months with support services for up to 1 year.
