The event will be held at Brandywine County Club 6904 Salisbury Road, Maumee, Ohio. Registration will beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday June 28, 2010, shotgun start at noon.  Cost includes 18 holes of golf with cart, range balls, tournament services.  Lunch will be provided before play with a dinner buffet after play. 

Donation/ Cost Option Details:

$5,000 will sponsor three foursomes, the purchase of four hole sponsor signs, and a Major Sponsor Banner

$3,000 will sponsor two foursomes, the purchase of two hole sponsor signs and special recognition

$1,000 will sponsor a foursome, the purchase of a hole sponsor sign and special recognition

$500 will sponsor a foursome and the purchase of a hole sponsor sign

$400 will sponsor a foursome

$125 each for the sponsorship of a hole sign

$400 per team of four
